Non-Traditional Freelance Market Places
In this type of freelance market freelancer posts his packages and services . Employer visits and reviews that packages and services, if he founds suitable freelancer hires his services. In this process money is deposited in Escrow, when project is completed employer releases money to freelancer account.
Non-Traditional freelance market concept preliminary was introduced by fiverr and it’s still largest non traditional freelance market place.
